M&T Bank's Ravens Ads Will Feature Fan-Made Videos

M&T Bank this NFL season will "run ads focusing completely on fan-made videos" from Ravens games and tailgates after last year using former Ravens QB Joe Flacco as a central figure in its spots, according to Holden Wilen of the BALTIMORE BUSINESS JOURNAL. Each season, the bank also "reveals a new magnet that customers can pick up in branches," and this year's edition features the slogan: "Our city. Our team." Starting Sept. 9, customers who "open any new checking account in a branch will get a Bluetooth speaker featuring the Ravens-M&T Bank logo." M&T Greater Baltimore & Chesapeake Region President Augie Chiasera said that the bank will "still be doing events with players." Plans for this season are "still in the works so he could not say for sure whether the bank will be partnering" with second-year Ravens QB Lamar Jackson at all. M&T will also be "hosting fan rallies ahead of the season" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 8/22).
