Overnight Ratings: Gold Cup Finale Up Big For U.S.-Mexico On FS1

FS1 last night drew a 2.0 overnight for Mexico’s win over the USMNT in the final of the Concacaf Gold Cup, up 43% from two years ago, when the U.S. defeated Jamaica (1.4 overnight). Four years ago, for the Mexico-Jamaica finale, Fox drew a 0.6 overnight. Figures for the Spanish-language telecast on Univision will be available tomorrow.

MOUNT ZION: ESPN on Friday night drew its best NBA Summer League rating yet. The net drew a 1.2 overnight for Knicks-Pelicans from Las Vegas, which featured the debut of Pelicans F Zion Williamson. That figure passes the previous record, which was Lonzo Ball’s debut with the Lakers against the Celtics. New Orleans led all markets with a 7.0 local rating.
