Mondelez To Sponsor Traveling Team USA Social Media "Experience"
USOC sponsor Mondelez has claimed presenting rights to the Team USA Journey presented by Oreo, a 20-stop “interactive social media experience” traveling on a large truck that will start in Toshiba Plaza in Las Vegas today. Along with meeting Olympic athletes and collecting giveaways, fans will have a chance to visit four interactive rooms within the truck, each designed to display a different part of athletes’ journey to the '20 Tokyo Games. Other stops will include Chicago Pride June 22-23, Milwaukee’s Summer Fest, the Old City Fest in October in Philadelphia and 17 other cities. The truck did not require an additional spend for Mondelez, which claimed the USOC’s cookies and crackers category through '20 in a '16 deal.
