Basketball HOFer JULIUS ERVING has listed his condo in downtown Orlando for $395,000. The 2,065-square-foot unit on the 16th floor of the Park Lake Towers building comes with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and has "unique features such as a circular kitchen with a surrounding bar, sleek blue cabinetry in the master bathroom, vibrant colors throughout" (ORLANDOSENTINEL.com, 5/23).

GRIDIRON HEIGHTS: Pro Football HOFer MICHAEL STRAHAN has put his condo in Beverly Hills on the market for $4.4M. The 2,670-square-foot unit has three-bedrooms, 3.5-baths and is being sold "fully furnished, excluding the artwork" (REALTOR.com, 5/16)....Seahawks LB MYCHAL KENDRICKS has purchased a home in L.A. for $2.77M. The 4,307-square-foot contemporary home in the Studio City neighborhood has "light hardwood floors" that mix with "white walls and black finishes throughout" (LATIMES.com, 5/22).

HOUSE OF HOOPS: Nuggets G ISAIAH THOMAS is selling his home in Issaquah, Wash., for $2.495M. Thomas bought the property located roughly 40 miles from Tacoma four years ago for $1.8M. It includes a "full-size basketball court and a two-story house of 6,370 square feet." It holds a "movie theater, a billiards room and an outdoor lounge complete with a wet bar, kitchen, TV and hot tub" (SACBEE.com, 5/22)....Former St. John's basketball coach CHRIS MULLIN is selling his Long Island home for $3.399M. The 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath home "features a gourmet kitchen, a conservatory and a finished basement, among many other amenities" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 5/21).
