Triple-A Int'l League Pawtucket Red Sox CF RUSNEY CASTILLO listed his plantation-style mansion in Pinecrest, Fla., for $3.953M. The gated grounds span nearly an acre and hold a "resort-style pool, a covered cabana and a two-story home" built in '14. Six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms "round out the 10,572-square-foot interior." A second-story terrace "stretches across the front of the home," and the master suite "expands to a private balcony" (LATIMES.com, 4/3)....Wizards F JABARI PARKER on March 15 listed his three-bedroom, 4,000-square-foot townhouse in Chicago's Kinzie Park development for $2.55M. The four-story end unit has a "kitchen with an island, a master suite with a fireplace and a two-car garage" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 3/29)....Blues C RYAN O'REILLY sold his home in the Delaware Park district of Buffalo for $1.363M. The 5,600-square-foot, custom-built home features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a "gourmet chef's kitchen with an extra large island and breakfast bar, granite countertops and Viking appliances." There is also an "indoor pool and spa room" (BUFFALONEWS.com, 4/2)....Former Lakers coach BYRON SCOTT sold his two-story town home in the Playa Vista neighborhood of L.A. for $998,000. The 1,560-square-foot residence has two bedrooms and three bathrooms (LATIMES.com, 4/2).

BLANK CANVAS: Nike co-Founder & Chair Emeritus PHIL KNIGHT has sold a parcel of land in the exclusive Madison Club community in La Quinta, Calif., for $2M. He "bought the property a decade ago" for $2.5M. The flat lot "measures just over an acre and overlooks the 13th hole" of a TOM FAZIO-designed course (LATIMES.com, 3/28)....Cardinals WR LARRY FITZGERALD recently listed a 4.37-acre parcel in Scottsdale, Ariz., for $1M. Found in the "high-end enclave" of Prado Estates, the desert property is "currently empty." It is "set behind a gated entrance and takes in dramatic mountain views" (LATIMES.com, 3/28).
