Audience Analysis: AAF Beats Out NIT In Head-To-Head Window

The AAF is now averaging 603,000 viewers for its inaugural season across CBS, TNT and NFL Network. There were three televised games in Week 7 last weekend, and none topped 350,000 viewers. That includes a telecast added late to TNT, which drew only 340,000 viewers in the 2:00pm ET window on Saturday up against NCAA Tournament action. But for a comparison, that figure for Orlando Apollos-Atlanta Legends on Saturday was well above the 274,000 viewers that ESPN drew in the same window for Lipscomb-UNC Greensboro in the men’s NIT.

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft
