The Bucks are "refining their plans for the next development wave" around Fiserv Forum, and long-term conceptual plans "envision hotels, office buildings, apartments and a cinema eventually being developed on the site of the former Bradley Center," according to a front-page piece by Tom Daykin of the MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL. None of those possible projects have yet "landed developers, tenants or financing." Herd Real Estate Development, operated by Bucks ownership, has "long planned additional development on the former Bradley Center site." Bucks President Peter Feigin said that these most recent, more detailed plans are now being "used to market the project sites to potential developers and investors." He added that some projects "could begin construction within the next two to four years" (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 3/14).
