Syracuse men's basketball coach JIM BOEHEIM was involved in a fatal car accident last night while driving on I-690 East after a home game against Louisville. Boeheim "struck and killed a man who was standing outside of a car that had struck a guardrail." Syracuse AD JOHN WILDHACK in a statement said, "Coach Boeheim is in contact with local authorities and cooperating fully" (SYRACUSE.com, 2/21). Police said that Boeheim "passed a field sobriety test" and that "no traffic tickets have been issued." Sources said that he is is "'shaken' but doing OK" (SYRACUSE.com, 2/21).

The store released a limited edition Social Status x Air Jordan 6 Air Jordan shoe three days before the NBA All-Star Game.
