Frank Stronach's daughter Belinda has made claims that her father has "lost his entrepreneurial touch" GETTY IMAGES

Stronach Group Founder FRANK STRONACH allegedly lost $800M on "several misguided investments, a track record that daughter, Chair & President BELINDA STRONACH says should prevent the 86-year-old from taking back control of the business." In the "latest salvos of a two-year battle for control of their family fortune," Belinda claimed in a court filing that Frank has "lost his entrepreneurial touch." Belinda is "asking the court to leave her in charge of The Stronach Group, which owns six U.S. horse-racing tracks, gambling and media businesses." Belinda said that the racetracks have "doubled their revenues" to $1.1B under her watch, "in part by embracing online betting" (THEGLOBEANDMAIL.com, 1/21).
