Buyers & Sellers: Marc-Andre Fleury Lists Las Vegas Home For $2.5M

Golden Knights G MARC-ANDRE FLEURY is selling his home in the Southern Highlands area of Las Vegas for $2.5M. He bought the property two years ago from former NHLer SHELDON SOURAY for $2.3M. The home features a little over 6,000 square feet of interior, Venetian plaster walls and pocketing glass doors that "open to a covered patio space and a swimming pool." The floor plan includes an "open-plan kitchen, an office, five-bedrooms and 4.75 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 1/3).....Former NFLer NAVORRO BOWMAN sold his home in San Jose for $3.715M, below the original asking price of $4.253M. The 5,959-square-foot estate has "five bedrooms and five baths." Upon entering the home, there is a "sweeping wrought iron banister flowing to the second floor catwalk and Spanish tile floors." On the second story, the master suite "extends the entire length of the home." Bowman purchased the home in '13 for $3.1M (MERCURYNEWS.com, 1/2)....MUHAMMAD ALI's estate in Berrien Springs, Mich., was sold on Dec. 21 by his widow, LONNIE, for $2.5M. The original asking price was $2.9M (CRAINSDETROIT.com, 1/2).
