The Redskins named Dolphins Senior VP & Chief Commercial Officer TODD KLINE Chief Commercial Officer, as the team "continues to retool" its business leadership. The hire was made by President of Business Operations & COO BRIAN LAFEMINA, who joined the team in May. Kline will handle "sponsorship sales and activations, media sales, suite sales and service, and special event sales." Kline while with the Dolphins was "in charge of sponsorship revenue and activations, including corporate sponsorships." He also had stints with AEG Global Partnerships and the NFLPA before joining the Dolphins (WASHINGTONPOST.com, 8/15).

MOVING ON: Bleacher Report President RORY BROWN is leaving the company when his contract expires at the end of the year. Brown spent 10 years at BR (AWFULANNOUNCING.com, 8/15)....With the $250M NeuLion-Endeavor deal closing, NeuLion co-Founder & Exec VP/Marketplace Strategy CHRIS WAGNER is leaving the streaming services outfit. Wagner hopes to announce his next career endeavor in the fall (THE DAILY).

EXECS: The NHL named Epix Senior VP/Original Programming ROSS BERNARD VP/Programming & Development. Bernard will report to NHL Exec VP & Chief Content Officer STEVE MAYER (NHL)....Atlanta Motor Speedway named Falcons Ticket Operations Manager JAIME HESTER Senior Dir of Ticketing (AMS)....NBC Sports named TESS QUINLAN Senior Editor of Digital (TWITTER.com, 8/15)....Eastern Kentucky named Western Illinois Senior Associate AD/Administration DARIAN WESTERFIELD Assistant AD/Development (EKU)....The Citadel named interim AD MIKE CAPACCIO to the full-time role (POSTANDCOURIER.com, 8/15).
