Thirty-five women in leadership roles for a wide range of sports business -- from teams and leagues, to media and agencies, to sponsors and events -- have been selected for recognition next month as part of Sports Business Journal/Daily’s eighth annual class of Game Changers. They will be featured in the Sept. 10 issue of SBJ and celebrated on Sept. 12 in N.Y. at the Game Changers: Women in Sports Business conference. The conference will feature panel discussions on the state of women’s sports and sports business, and media coverage of women’s sports. The conference also will include interviews with NFL Chief Security Officer CATHY LANIER, MLS Commissioner DON GARBER, Coca-Cola Senior VP and Chief Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability Officer BEA PEREZ, CBS President & Chief Advertising Revenue Officer JO ANN ROSS and VaynerMedia Chief Heart Officer CLAUDE SILVER.
