Buyers & Sellers: Hurricanes' Rod Brind'Amour Selling Raleigh Home

Hurricanes coach ROD BRIND'AMOUR is selling his home located near Falls Lake in Raleigh for $3M. The "five bedroom, six bathroom" home sits on two acres in the gated Bay Leaf Farm community. There is a "pool and a court for basketball and volleyball" (NEWSOBSERVER.com, 7/27).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Ravens QB ROBERT GRIFFIN III listed his home in Conroe, Texas, for $2.6M. The seven-bedroom, 9,000-square-foot home was built in '07. The Mediterranean-style home features "four balconies, a beach entry pool with swim-up bar area, garage space for 11 cars and a golf car, a private boat dock and sunken outdoor kitchen" (CHRON.com, 7/30)....Packers WR RANDALL COBB listed his home in Arlington, Va., for $2.35M. The home's master suite features a "spa bath and travertine-tile shower." In all, there are "four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms" in 5,845 square feet. An elevator "services all three floors" in the home. Cobb bought the property last February for $2.05M (LATIMES.com, 7/31)....MLB Chief Baseball Officer JOE TORRE listed his lake home in Mahopac, N.Y., for $1.39M. The "shingled ranch-style" home sits on half an acre and comes with a "guest cottage" (NYPOST.com, 8/1)....Buccaneers DE JASON PIERRE-PAUL has "dropped the listing price" of his home in Montclair, N.J., by $200,000. The home is now listed for "just over" $1M. Pierre-Paul purchased the 4,280-square-foot home for just under $1M in March '17. The home has "six bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms." It also has a "three-car garage with a loft that has extra storage or could be turned into an additional room, as well as a private yard with a wraparound bluestone patio" (NJ.com, 7/28).
