Dodgers RF YASIEL PUIG has sold his gated home in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of L.A. for $1.98M. The Mediterranean-villa-style home, built in '03, has "six bedrooms, six bathrooms and more than 4,600 square feet of living space." A second-floor balcony and "ample patio space extend the living space outdoors, where the grounds hold a built-in barbecue and a swimming pool with a spa (LATIMES.com, 7/5)....Former NHLer KYLE CALDER has sold his "longtime five-bedroom brick and limestone" house in the Lakeview area of Chicago for $1.45M. The house, built in '05, has "3 1/2 baths, three fireplaces, custom millwork and cabinetry, cherry hardwood floors, a kitchen with Sub-Zero and Viking appliances and a two-car brick garage with a rooftop deck (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 7/6)....Driver ALEX TAGLIANI has sold his home in Las Vegas for $1.2M. There are "three bedrooms and 4.25 bathrooms" within the 3,455 square feet of living space. The home, built in '04, "looks out on a golf course" (LATIMES.com, 7/9).
