Giants Rookie RB Saquon Barkely Tops Spring NFL Jersey Sales

Giants rookie RB Saquon Barkley "had the top-selling" jersey among NFL players at NFLShop.com from April 1-June 23, according to Adam Bittner of the PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE. Barkley, the No. 2 overall pick in the '18 Draft, was "among just two non-quarterbacks to crack the top 10," joining Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliot (No. 10). The top five were rounded out by 49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo, Eagles QB Carson Wentz, Patriots QB Tom Brady and Browns rookie QB Baker Mayfield (PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE, 6/29). In Pennsylvania, Daniel Gallen notes jerseys of both Wentz and fellow Eagles QB Nick Foles "are in demand," as Foles comes in at No. 6 after being named Super Bowl LII MVP. The Eagles have three players in the top 24, with TE Zach Ertz coming in at No. 19, tying the Cowboys with the most players in the top 24 (PENNLIVE.com, 6/29).
