The Packers Exec Committee named Marathon Cheese Chair & CEO JOHN SKOUG Treasurer. Skoug will succeed MARK MCMULLEN, who "reached mandatory retirement age of 70." Two members of the Packers BOD, BEVERLY FRENCH and GEORGE KERWIN, will leave for the "same reason." Nominated to replace them are former Schreiber Foods VP NANCY ARMBRUST, United Way of Brown County President & CEO ROBYN DAVIS and Imperial Supplies President & CEO ROB GILSON. Proxy materials were "sent to more than 360,000 Packers shareholders in advance of the annual meeting scheduled" for 7:00pm CT July 25 at Lambeau Field. It will be the "first nighttime shareholders meeting in Lambeau." The seven-member executive committee "sets policy for the Packers and keeps watch over the administrative side of the organization" (GREENBAYPRESSGAZETTE.com, 6/28).

EXECS: NBC Sports Bay Area and NBC Sports California Senior VP & GM TOM STATHAKES is "stepping down" from his role. NBC Sports Regional Networks President & Group Leader BILL BRIDGEN will "serve as the interim replacement for Stathakes" (THEATHLETIC.com, 6/28)....USA Gymnastics named TOM FORSTER to the newly created position of Dir of High-Performance for the women's national team. Forster has been a "member of the elite development national staff" since '10 (ESPN.com, 6/28)....The Hawks promoted Pro Player Personnel Scout DEREK PIERCE to GM of the G League Erie BayHawks. Pierce will also maintain his current role with the Hawks (Hawks)....The WHL Edmonton Oil Kings named Blackhawks amateur scout KIRT HILL President of Hockey Operations & GM. The Oil Kings also promoted Manager of Business Development DANIEL TROIANNI to Dir of Business Operations (EDMONTONSUN.com, 6/27)....The NHL Kings named DERIK JOHNSON Assistant Video Coordinator (THE DAILY).
