Fresno State named Claremont-Mudd-Scripps AD TERRY TUMEY to the same position. Tumey will be announced at a press conference on Monday. Prior to his current position, Tumey was UC-Davis AD. He also "was a candidate at Fresno State" in '14 before the school hired JIM BARTKO (FRESNO BEE, 6/22).

EXECS: U.S. Ski & Snowboard named former Red Bull USA CIO MARK SCHNEIDER CTO. Schneider most recently was Cincinnati-based marketing company Zipscene CTO (USS)....USA Gymnastics elected a new BOD "in the wake of the sexual abuse scandal involving former national team doctor LARRY NASSAR." The organization also "created a programs council with two representatives from each of the five competitive disciplines." Athlete directors on the board are IVANA HONG from women's gymnastics and STEVEN LEGENDRE from men's. DYLAN MAURER will "serve from the combined disciplines of rhythmic/acrobatic gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling." The Advisory Council Dir is KEVIN WHITE (AP, 6/21)....USL promoted Dir of Business Development JOEL NASH to Premier Development League and Super Y League VP (USL)....NESN named ART VENTURA Local Sales Manager. He has had stints with 120 Sports, MSG, Fox TV Stations and Disney/ABC National TV Sales (NESN)....The NLL Vancouver Stealth named DAN RICHARDSON GM, replacing DOUG LOCKER (VANCOUVERSUN.com, 6/21)....The New York State Athletic Commission named Buffalo Golden Gloves President DON PATTERSON Governor (BUFFALONEWS.com, 6/21).
