Dak Prescott Signs New Multiyear Deal With Campbell's Through '20

Prescott last year was projected to make upwards of $3M from his endorsement income CAMPBELL'S

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott has re-signed with Campbell's Chunky Soup with a new multiyear deal that goes through '20. Prescott will continue to promote the Chunky MAXX line of soups. This is the first multiyear deal with a QB for the brand since Donovan McNabb in '01 (THE DAILY). 247SPORTS.com's Patrick Walker noted the Campbell's deal "adds to other companies who have Prescott as the face of their products, including AT&T, Adidas, Pepsi, Tostitos, 7-Eleven, Beats by Dre, Panini, New Era, Keurig, Nicholas Air and Dannon." Prescott last year was "projected to make upwards" of $3M, with his endorsement income "absolutely dwarfing the whole sum of his rookie contract." That was also before the new agreement being signed with Campbell's, "further driving his off-the-field income north" (247SPORTS.com, 6/20). USA TODAY's Lorenzo Reyes notes Prescott this offseason is working on "behalf of the Ready. Raise. Rise. campaign, which is holding the Pic Your Power challenge." If 100 people "submit photos of themselves holding up a sign with the hashtag #ReadyRaiseRise at ReadyRaiseRise.com, Bristol-Myers Squibb will pledge $250,000 to 35 advocacy groups that support people affected by cancer." Prescott's mother died after fighting colon cancer, and he has "supported various causes to promote education and research to fight the disease" (USA TODAY, 6/21).
