Buyers & Sellers: Jim Buss Relists L.A. Live Penthouse For $6.75M

Former Lakers Exec VP/Basketball Operations JIM BUSS put his penthouse in L.A. back on the market for $6.75M. That is about $2M less than what he "first put the 4,300-square-foot unit up for sale two years ago." The home is located within the Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live and has "three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bath." The master suite "opens to a separate sitting room." Floor-to-ceiling windows "take in city-to-coastline views in nearly every room." Buss bought the penthouse in '13 for $4.05M (LATIMES.com, 3/21)....NASCAR driver KURT BUSCH is selling his Lake Norman mansion in Mooresville, N.C., for $3.95M. The European-style, "all-stone mansion features 'long, open views of the lake;' three fireplaces, including one in an 'owner's suite;' a lake-level grotto with three fountains and a two-level pier with a lounge on the upper deck." Built in '07, the 9,500-square-foot home has "four bedrooms and five full baths" (CHARLOTTEOBSERVER.com, 3/17)....Mariners 3B KYLE SEAGER has sold his house located on Lake Washington in Seattle for $2.55M. Built in '99, the two-story home sits on a "tree-filled lot on Mercer Island." The home has "oversized windows and hardwood floors" that fill the living spaces, which include a "living room, dining room, center-island kitchen and breakfast nook." There are "fireplaces in the living room and den" (LATIMES.com,3/22).
