Buyers & Sellers: Lindsey Vonn Puts L.A. Home Up For $3.65M

Gold Medal-winning U.S. skier LINDSEY VONN is selling her home in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of L.A. for $3.65M. Built in '16, the home has a "glass-enclosed entry and open-plan living spaces popular with today's developers." Within the more than 4,000 square feet of living space lies an "office/den, four bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 2/20).

TOP OF THE KEY: Former NBAer AL HARRINGTON has listed his Calabasas, Calif., home for $4.895M. The "five-bedroom estate" sits on a lot measuring approximately 30,000 square feet in the guard-gated Oaks of Calabasas community. The 6,797 square feet of living space features a "formal dining room, a center-island kitchen and bright breakfast nook." There is also a "playground and sports court emblazoned with an 'H'" (LATIMES.com, 2/16)....Former NBAer LAMAR ODOM is once again trying to sell his home in Pinecrest, Fla., by reducing the asking price to $3.65M, down from as much as $5.2M last year. The home is entered through a "two-story foyer framed by stone pillars and flanked by wrought-iron staircases on either side." Highlights of the roughly 8,600-square-foot house include a "formal dining room with a wet bar, a dual-island kitchen and a theater room" (LATIMES.com, 2/20).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Free agent MLBer BRANDON LEAGUE has put his Honolulu home on the market for $3.8M. The roughly 1,300-square-foot home is "filled with hardwood floors and indoor-outdoor living spaces" (LATIMES.com, 2/16)....Ducks D CAM FOWLER has listed his Newport Beach, Calif., home for $1.738M. The roughly 3,000 square feet of living space has a "living room with a fireplace and a breakfast nook with built-ins" (LATIMES.com, 2/16).
