Cardinals Now Pre-Leasing Units For Ballpark Village Apartments

The MLB Cardinals and development partner Cordish Cos. are now "pre-leasing units in their planned 29-story apartment building in Ballpark Village," according to Brian Feldt of the ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH. A Cordish spokesperson said that rent for the building would "range from $1,400 per month for a one-bedroom apartment to $3,450 per month for a penthouse suite." The 297-unit tower, which will be called One Cardinal Way, will have "views into Busch Stadium and of the nearby Gateway Arch." The apartments are part of the broader $260M "second phase of Ballpark Village, which also calls for a 10-story, 117,000-square-foot office building" to open in mid-'19 and an "eight-story Live! By Loews Hotel." The entire development is "expected to be complete" in mid-'20 (ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH, 2/13).
