Geoff Lester Joining Vivid Seats As CCO After Brief Stint With Fox Networks Group

Ticket resale marketplace Vivid Seats has hired GEOFF LESTER as its Chief Commercial Officer, returning the sports industry veteran to ticketing after a brief stint with Fox Networks Group. Lester, a ’16 SBJ/SBD Forty Under 40 honoree, will lead partnerships and business development for the company. He will be based in L.A. and report to Vivid Seats co-Founder ERIC VASSILATOS. Lester spent just three months this past fall with Fox Networks Group as Senior VP after long stints with both StubHub and NASCAR. While at StubHub from ’10-17, Lester was involved in many of the company’s key projects, including the combined primary and secondary ticket offering with the 76ers, many of the individual MLB club resale integrations and a unique partnership with AXS and T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in which both companies are official founding partners and secondary ticketing companies for the building.
