Buyers & Sellers: Suns' Tyson Chandler Puts California Estate Back Up For Sale At $7.995M

Suns C TYSON CHANDLER has put his estate in Hidden Hills, Calif., "back up for sale" at $7.995M. The traditional-style house has "about 12,000 square feet of living space on a single story." Including the guest suite, which has a "kitchen and living room area, there are six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms." Four fireplaces "lie within the living room, family room, library and master suite" (LATIMES.com, 10/26).

BIG BUYERSSERENA WILLIAMS has "bought a contemporary-style house" in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for $6.68M. The 6,000-square-foot mansion includes "five bedrooms." Set on a quarter-acre in a guard-gated community, the three-story home "opens to a bright living space" (LATIMES.com, 10/26)....Big Baller Brand, which lists Lakers G LONZO BALL as its managing member, has "purchased a three-story mansion" in Chino Hills for $5.2M. The home has 13,800 square feet of interior space that "includes a formal entry, game and media rooms, a chef's kitchen, a gym, eight bedrooms and 8.75 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 10/30)....Former MLBer TREVOR CROWE purchased a mansion in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix for $3.235M. The 6,910-square-foot Spanish-style estate has "five bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms." The architecture features "lush landscaping behind a private gate, ornate fountains, secluded patios and ramadas" (AZCENTRAL.com, 10/30).

CALIFORNIA LEAVING: Former NFLer JOSELIO HANSON has sold his home in Calabasas, Calif., for $3.135M. Hanson bought the property in '09 for $1.91M. The Mediterranean-style spread, built in '96 and "extensively updated, sits on more than an acre of grounds with such sports-centric amenities as a basketball half-court and putting green." The six-bedroom, eight bathroom house has "nearly 6,200 square feet of living space" (LATIMES.com, 11/1)....Pacers G DARREN COLLISON has "listed his home" in Granite Bay, Calif., for sale at $1.475M. The two-story house comes with a "swimming pool and spa, a fire pit and a four-car garage." The 5,200 square feet of living space "includes a formal entry, a vaulted-ceiling living room, a formal dining room and a center-island kitchen" (LATIMES.com, 10/27).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Cavaliers G KYLE KORVER is putting his five-bedroom home in the Ansley Park neighborhood of Atlanta "on the market" for $2.095M. The estate was built in '09. The family room, "equipped with a fireplace, opens up to a slate terrace, and a media room completes the living space" (LATIMES.com, 10/28)....Nationals P MAX SCHERZER has put his contemporary-vibe penthouse in Scottsdale "back in play" for $1.799M. The penthouse holds "three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in 3,354 square feet of interior space." Sliding glass doors "open to four private balconies filled with patios and gardens." Floor-to-ceiling windows "equipped with motorized shades are a fixture in each room." The master suite "sports two walk-in closets and a free-standing tub in the bathroom" (LATIMES.com, 11/2).
