Nomadic Entertainment Group Strikes Deal For Second Super Bowl LII Pop-Up Music Venue

Nomadic Entertainment Group has "landed a deal with Mystic Lake Casino for four nights of entertainment during Super Bowl LII," according to Rochelle Olson of the Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE. The N.Y.-based company will "build a second pop-up venue for 9,000 fans" at Mystic Lake Casino in Shakopee, Minn., for "high-end concerts." NEG had "previously announced club space under construction in the former Minneapolis Armory near U.S. Bank Stadium, where the Super Bowl will be played." The 64,000-square-foot Mystic Lake Casino building will "feature tiered seating designed to get viewers close to the performers." NEG spokesperson Danielle Grado said that the two Minnesota venues will "feature different acts catering to different demographics." Olson notes the 300,000-square-foot "nighclub" for Nomadic Live already is "under construction in the Minneapolis Armory" (Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE, 9/20).
