Buyers & Sellers: Grizzlies F Chandler Parsons Laying Down Roots In Bel-Air

Grizzlies F CHANDLER PARSONS purchased a home in Bel-Air for $10.9M. The modern farmhouse was "completed this year and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in more than 9,100 square feet of living space." Lawn and pavers "surround the swimming pool in the backyard." The "zero-edge pool has a baja deck, a spa and color-changing LED lighting" (LATIMES.com, 8/21)....Rockets G CHRIS PAUL has "put his Bel-Air mansion back on the market" at $9.25M. The 12,184-square-foot house had been "listed as pending in July with an asking price" of $10.25M, but recently "returned to active status in the Multiple Listing Service." The eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom Mediterranean estate "sits on two acres in Bel-Air Crest" (LATIMES.com, 8/22).

HOOPS LEGENDS ON THE MARKET
: Former NBAer DEREK FISHER has put his Hidden Hills, Calif., estate "back up for sale" at $6.2M. Fisher bought the home in '09 for $5.5M and "spent a considerable amount to customize the Traditional-style home." Personal touches include a "custom paint scheme, Venetian plaster walls and hickory wood floors." The home has "more than 9,400 square feet of interior space." Including the guest house, there are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms (LATIMES.com, 8/18)....Former NBAer SHAWN MARION has listed his Dallas mansion for $5.95M. The 12,629-square-foot home has "six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and 32-foot ceilings." The master bedroom also has a "fireplace and a marble bathroom with a freestanding jacuzzi centerpiece" (LATIMES.com, 8/22).

SPORTS SELLERS: Warriors G NICK YOUNG has sold his home in Tarzana, Calif., for $3.25M. In addition to the main dwelling, there is a "customized guesthouse that he had converted into storage space for his vast shoe collection." There are a "total of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms within the 6,630 square feet of living space." Also on the acre of grounds is a "lighted and fenced basketball court, an outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool with a spa" (LATIMES.com, 8/23)....Lightning VP & GM STEVE YZERMAN "sold his 6,265-square-foot house" to D DAN GIRARDI for $3M. Yzerman's "Mediterranean-style mansion" has four bedrooms, two half-baths and five bathrooms (TAMPABAY.com, 8/23).

SCOTTSDALE SELLERS: Former MLBer JONNY GOMES and his wife, KRISTI, sold their mansion in Scottsdale for $2.9M. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom 8,678-square-foot estate has "360-degree mountain and city views. Meanwhile, former NHLer DEREK MORRIS and his wife, JODIE, sold their Scottsdale home for $2.65M. The 6,401-square-foot ranch-style mansion has five bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and is "fitted with walnut hardwood flooring, wood beam vaulted ceilings, large picture windows and three gas fireplaces" (AZCENTRAL.com, 8/21).

BUYING SEASON
: Dolphins WR KENNY STILLS purchased a home in Ft. Lauderdale for $2.425M. The 4,981-square-foot home "has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a dock and a pool" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 8/21)....Hawks GM TRAVIS SCHLENK bought a $2.2M home in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood. The 6,340-square-foot home has six bedrooms, six full-baths, one half-bath and "sits on 0.36 acres" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 8/18).
