ESPN is naming ad services firm Mediaocean Exec VP & GM/Global Platform Solutions TRAVIS HOWE Senior VP/Digital Ad Product Sales & Strategy. He will be responsible for establishing a go-to-market strategy for ESPN's digital ad business. Howe will be based in N.Y., reporting to ESPN President of Global Sales & Marketing ED ERHARDT. Howe also has had previous stints at Sony and Accenture (Austin Karp, Assistant Managing Editor).

EXECS: Verizon IndyCar Series team Schmidt Peterson Motorsports named former JMI President & COO/Americas JON FLACK to the newly created position of President. This will also allow SPM GM PIERS PHILLIPS to solely focus on the competition side.
