FloSports Increases CBB Presence Around Exhibition Tours, Early Season Tournaments

Austin-based streaming outfit FloSports has reached an exclusive multiyear deal with tournament organizer Basketball Travelers Inc. (BTI) that includes rights to '17 overseas exhibition tours by the Arizona and Kansas men’s basketball teams, as well as the Paradise Jam, Junkanoo Jam and Duel In the Desert early season tournaments. The games will be shown live on a subscription basis on FloHoops.com, beginning with KU's July 31-Aug. 8 tour of Italy. The deal furthers FloSports' push into major team sports following an initial base in Olympic sports and comes after recent agreements with The Spring League, USA Football and several major high school football programs. “More and more fans want access to their favorite sports outside of the traditional cable bundle, and basketball is no exception,” FloSports co-Founder & CEO Martin Floreani said of the BTI agreement.
