Warriors G and NBA MVP Stephen Curry will appear on the front of a limited-edition Wheaties box in June (Wheaties). In Oakland, Diamond Leung noted Wheaties "sent congratulations on Twitter on Monday after it was announced Curry had won the MVP" (IBABUZZ.com, 5/5).

PRIZE FIGHTING: Women's boxing was examined last night on ABC's "Nightline," with reporter Rachel Smith noting sponsors "haven't been beating down" the door of '12 Gold Medal-winning U.S. boxer Claressa Shields. Shields said, "I just want an endorsement deal; I haven't had one yet." Smith noted Shields "doesn't like that female fighters have to show skin to get paid." Shields: "I'm not going to sell my body. I feel like I'm selling enough" ("Nightline," ABC, 5/5).

GOIN' TO CAROLINA IN MY MIND: Belk yesterday announced that it will title-sponsor the '15 College Kickoff Game between South Carolina and North Carolina. The game takes place Sept. 3 at Bank of America Stadium with a 6:00pm ET kickoff on ESPN (Belk).

YOU WEAR IT WELL: Heated clothing company iHeat Weartech this morning announced partnerships with golfers Patrick Reed and Lydia Ko (iHeat).

NBC Olympics’ Molly Solomon, ESPN’s P.K. Subban, the Masters and more

The first is with Molly Solomon, who will lead NBC’s production of the Olympics, and she shares what the network is are planning for Paris 2024. Later in the show, we hear from ESPN’s P.K. Subban as the Stanley Cup Playoffs get set to start this weekend.
