The Eagles have opted to "shake up" their personnel department and "will move forward without" Dir of College Scouting ANTHONY PATCH, Dir of Pro Personnel RICK MUELLER and scout BRAD OBEE. Patch and Mueller were "tied to the regime" of Exec VP/Football Operations HOWIE ROSEMAN, "whose personnel say ended in January." They were Roseman's "top personnel advisors," along with VP/Player Personnel ED MARYNOWITZ, who now "runs personnel, and will hire his own team." Patch was with the team for 13 years, Mueller for four years (PHILLY.com, 5/4). Meanwhile, the Jets have fired Dir of Pro Personnel BRENDAN PROPHETT and "five college scouts." Prophett had been with the team since '00 and was "about to begin his ninth season" in his current position (NJ.com, 5/4).

EXECS: Orlando City SC named former USL President TIM HOLT VP/Development. Holt, who resigned from the USL in March after 16 years with the league, including the last six in the top job, will oversee initiatives focused on expanding the MLS club’s brand in Florida, around the U.S. and internationally. Holt will begin his new role on May 18 (Ian Thomas, Staff Writer)....The American Athletic Conference named Univ. of Memphis Exec Senior Associate AD/Finance & Administration STACY MARTIN CFO, effective May 18 (AAC)....StubHub named Strategy & Corporate Development team member JEFF POIRIER Country Manager for Canada, replacing ANTHONY LIPSCHITZ, who is leaving the company (StubHub)....Furman Univ. AD GARY CLARK "plans to step down" into a new role with the school. The university has organized a search committee and selected Collegiate Sports Associates to assist in finding his replacement (THESTATE.COM, 5/4)....Grambling State Univ. named Department of Kinesiology interim Head OBADIAH SIMMONS JR. interim AD (GSU)....Western Illinois Univ. named Deputy AD MATT TANNEY interim AD. Tanney replaces TOMMY BELL, who took the AD position at Southern Illinois Univ. (WIU)....UMass-Lowell promoted Associate AD/Compliance SANDRA NIEDERGALL Senior Associate AD and Senior Woman Administrator. Niedergall replaces TRACY ELLIS-WARD, who left to become Big East Conference Associate Commissioner/Women's Basketball (UMass-Lowell).
