Overnight Ratings: ABC Up For Sunday NBA Games; Fox/NASCAR Rises With Rainout

ABC averaged a 4.5 overnight rating for its two NBA Playoff games yesterday, up from a 4.3 for the comparable Sunday last year. Clippers-Spurs First Round Game 4 in the late window drew a 5.0 overnight, flat compared to Clippers-Warriors Game 4 last year. In the early window, ABC drew a 4.2 for the Cavaliers' sweep of the Celtics, up from a 3.7 for Wizards-Bulls Game 4 last year.

RAIN OR SHINE: Fox drew a 3.1 overnight rating for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race from Richmond yesterday afternoon. The race had been postponed from Saturday night due to rain. That figure is actually up from a 3.0 for Richmond on Saturday night last year. Fox also drew a 0.5 overnight for the net's debut telecast of Monster Energy AMA Supercross on Saturday from 3:00-6:00pm ET.

NOTE: ESPN drew a 1.9 overnight for "Sunday Night Baseball," which featured Mets-Yankees. That figure is up from a 1.7 for Angels-Yankees last year.
