In N.Y., Claire Atkinson cites sources as saying that Dodgers co-Owner TODD BOEHLY, who "helped pull together the complicated deal for the MLB franchise" as Guggenheim Partners President, is "considering leaving the investment firm and running his own shop." A source said, "Todd is out, and they're working on a way for him to exit." Co-receivers PHIL HARDBERGER and ART BAYERN were expected yesterday to "file an inventory of assets and debts in the SHIRLEY BENSON estate trust, which holds interests in Benson family real estate, car dealerships and Lone Star Capital Bank" (NOLA.com, 3/25). Meanwhile, Saints coach SEAN PAYTON said of Benson, "His mind is as sharp as ever. ... When he [is] asking me why we haven't cleaned the mail room and the coffee cups don't have lids on them. You're afraid. You go to your assistant coached and say let's get this squared away. ... He's been awesome" (NOLA.com, 3/25).

GIBBS "is undergoing treatment for symptoms related to brain function." A team statement said Gibbs had experienced a "gradual onset of symptoms that includes speech and processing issues."
