Sabres and Bills co-Owners TERRY and KIM PEGULA's ownership group, Pegula Sports & Entertainment, is "planning to move out of its downtown offices at One Seneca Tower, as the foreclosure process on Buffalo’s tallest building inches closer to completion in the coming months." PSE is "negotiating exclusively" with Ellicott Development Co. to "relocate to the second floor of the old Fairmont Creamery Building at 199 Scott St." No lease has been finalized. Such a move would put the offices in a "prime location between the Sabres’ First Niagara Center and HarborCenter and all three potential downtown stadium development sites for the Bills" (BUFFALO NEWS, 2/26).

THOUGHTS & PRAYERS: ESPN.com senior writer IVAN MAISEL's son, MAX, has been missing since Sunday evening. ESPN in a statement said, "Our thoughts are with the Maisel family as they face this heartbreaking and emotional situation. Ivan is a caring and respected member of the ESPN family and we are hopeful that more information comes to light and good news lies ahead" (ESPN).

PRESIDENTIAL QUARTERS: Warriors G STEPHEN CURRY yesterday took a 30-minute tour of the White House. Curry gave a speech in the Indian Treaty Room, mentioning the United Nations Foundation's Nothing But Nets campaign. He also spent six minutes in the Oval Office with PRESIDENT OBAMA, discussing the malaria initiative (S.F. CHRONICLE, 2/26).

On this week’s pod, SBJ’s Austin Karp has two Big Get interviews. The first is with TNT’s Stan Van Gundy as he breaks down the NBA Playoffs from the booth. Later in the show, we hear from ESPN’s VP of Programming and Acquisitions Tim Reed as the NFL Draft gets set to kick off on Thursday night in Motown.
