PSE is "negotiating exclusively" with Ellicott Development Co. to "relocate to the second floor of the old Fairmont Creamery Building at 199 Scott St." No lease has been finalized. Such a move would put the offices in a "prime location between the Sabres’ First Niagara Center and HarborCenter and all three potential downtown stadium development sites for the Bills" (BUFFALO NEWS, 2/26).
