DC topped all markets for the telecast with a 2.3 local rating on Saturday afternoon. Fox also began its slate of MLB primetime telecasts. The net drew a 1.7 overnight for coverage that featured Cardinals-Dodgers in 32% of markets and Braves-Mets in 25%. The 1.7 overnight is down 26% from a 2.3 overnight for the comparable primetime slate last year. Meanwhile, ESPN earned a 1.0 overnight for Braves-Mets "Sunday Night Baseball," up 11% from Nationals-Braves during Memorial Day weekend last year.
