Jaguars Senior VP/Sales & Marketing MACKY WEAVER resigned yesterday after 19 years with the team. The nephew of former Owner WAYNE WEAVER will “leave later this month to pursue other opportunities," but will “serve as a senior adviser” to Jaguars President MARK LAMPING in ‘13. Meanwhile, the team promoted HUSSAIN NAQI to Senior VP/Fan Engagement and CHAD JOHNSON to Senior VP/Ticket Sales, while naming MEGHA PAREKH VP & General Counsel. Parekh replaces SASHI BROWN, who was hired by the Browns last month (FLORIDA TIMES-UNION, 2/12).

PLAYING THROUGH: NBC Sports Group's Golf Media named MLB Senior VP/Corporate Sales & Marketing LOU KOSKOVOLIS Senior VP/Sales & Marketing. Starting next week, he will report to NBC Sports Group Sales & Marketing Exec VP SETH WINTER and will be based in N.Y.. Koskovolis will oversee all sales and sponsorship efforts for Golf Channel and Golf Channel on NBC, as well as NBC's golf efforts on digital platforms and events. Koskovolis spent 15 years at ABC Sports and ESPN before moving to Six Flags in '06. He joined MLB in '11 (John Ourand, Staff Writer).

EXECS: Circuit of the Americas named Indianapolis Motor Speedway Senior VP/Operations MEL HARDER Senior VP/Operations & GM. He was “No. 2 in charge before the latest round of management shuffling” (INDYSTAR.com, 2/11)....Learfield Sports named NHL Panthers Sales & Service Dir JOE DELLWO GM of its Penn State Sports Properties and Hormel Foods exec TOM KOENIGSFELD GM of its Xavier Sports Properties. The company also promoted Hurricane Sports Properties Associate GM DUFFY HOUSE to GM (Learfield)….The Univ. of Cincinnati named Univ. of Tennessee Senior Associate AD/Strategic Planning & Initiatives DESIREE REED-FRANCOIS Senior Associate AD and Senior Woman Administrator. She begins March 4 (UC).
