Top NFL Prospects Select Agents: Barkley Goes To CAA, Glennon To Athletes First

With the college football season nearing an end, several prominent players are announcing their choice of representation as they head to the NFL. CAA Sports has signed USC QB Matt Barkley, with Jimmy Sexton, Ben Dogra and Tom Condon representing him. Barkley is seen as a possible first-round selection. Athletes First has signed N.C. State Univ. QB Mike Glennon, another of the top prospects at his position. Athletes First CEO David Dunn confirmed the signing, and he and Joby Branion will represent Glennon. Meanwhile, SportsTrust Advisors signed Ohio State Univ. DE John Simon and Univ. of Tennessee OT Dallas Thomas for representation. SportsTrust agents Pat Dye Jr. and Michael Perrett will serve as the lead agents for Simon. Dye and Bil Johnson will serve as lead agents for Thomas.
