In Philadelphia, Jeremy Roebuck reports Penn State Univ.'s former outside counsel law firm “rejected this week the notion that it bore any responsibility for the alleged sexual abuse a 22-year-old Harrisburg man says he endured at JERRY SANDUSKY's hands.” The State College-based firm McQuaide Blasko “asked to be removed as a defendant in the man's lawsuit, calling his story ‘a virtually incomprehensible rant.’" The accuser’s claim against the law firm “stems from allegations that it handled prior reports of abuse against the former coach for the university and therefore could have stopped the purported 2005 pool incident” (PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 12/20).

On this week’s pod, SBJ’s Austin Karp has two Big Get interviews. The first is with TNT’s Stan Van Gundy as he breaks down the NBA Playoffs from the booth.
