Bills Exec VP/Strategic Planning MARY OWEN -- the niece of Bills Owner RALPH WILSON -- has added oversight of the Community Relations department to her duties. Owen will work with VP/Community Relations GRETCHEN GEITTER “in the team’s effort to support the region through its community outreach programs and philanthropy.” Owen, in her 15th year with the club, “currently oversees the Bills Toronto initiative in addition to serving as a senior adviser to ownership.” The club also promoted PRESTON TEAGUE to Senior Manager of Community Relations & Youth Football and ALLISON HOJNOWSKI to Manager of Community Relations (BUFFALONEWS.com, 4/2).
