Overnight Ratings: ESPN Earns 1.7 Overnight For Syracuse Basketball's First Loss

Weekend sports telecasts were led by the NFL Conference Championships, which earned big numbers once again. Outside of football, the weekend was led by a 1.7 overnight earned by both ESPN's T'Wolves-Clippers on Friday night and the net's Syracuse-Notre Dame men's basketball game on Saturday night, which marked the Orange's first loss of the season. ESPN also earned a 1.6 overnight for Florida State's win on Saturday afternoon, which marked Duke's first loss at Cameron Indoor Stadium in 45 games. On Sunday, Fox' first live EPL match on Sunday earned a 0.9 overnight, while NBC earned a 1.1 rating for Capitals-Penguins. ESPN2"s top Australian Open window over the weekend was a 0.5 overnight on Saturday from 9:15pm-3:30am ET for Round of 16 action.

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft

On this week’s pod, SBJ’s Austin Karp has two Big Get interviews. The first is with TNT’s Stan Van Gundy as he breaks down the NBA Playoffs from the booth.
