Chalk It Up: StubHub, Paciolan Sign Integrated Ticketing Deal With Kansas

StubHub and Paciolan have signed an integrated ticketing deal with the Univ. of Kansas, continuing a marked expansion of the ticketing companies' alliance that in recent months also has included pacts with Texas, USC and Tennessee, among others. Similar to the prior deals, Kansas will now offer a combined ticket product allowing for last-minute resales using electronic ticket barcoding transfers. The Kansas deal was struck through the school's athletic department multimedia rights partner, IMG College. "The partner integrations with Paciolan continue to go very well for us. And with Kansas, they have a brand equity that matches up completely with ours," said StubHub Manager of Business Development Greg Ivry. StubHub is now aligned officially with 26 colleges overall, though not all in partnership with Paciolan.
