Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic will split its network feed Sunday to telecast a Ravens postgame show in the Baltimore area and a Redskins postgame show in the DC area. Both shows will start at the conclusion of the games and last 90 minutes. The Baltimore, Salisbury and Harrisburg DMAs will get "Ravens Postgame Live." This marks the first time CSN Mid-Atlantic split its feed for NFL postgame programming since '04 (John Ourand, THE DAILY).

GETTING TO KNOW YOU: In N.Y., Jesse Spector reported HBO's "24/7" crew Wednesday "showed up in Greenburgh to get preliminary footage of the Rangers and get acquainted with the setup at the practice rink." Rangers LW Brandon Prust said, "It's good to have them now, so we can get an idea of what it's going to be like. It's definitely going to be different." Asked who would be the series' "breakout star," Prust said, "We all have our No. 1 pick," adding coach John Tortorella will "definitely be No. 1." On the players' side, Prust said, "I was thinking (number) 16," referring to Rangers LW Sean Avery (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 9/15).

A FAMILY AFFAIR: In L.A., Tom Hoffarth asks, "Wouldn't it be highly questionable to include your crazy pop as a prop for an afternoon ESPN2 sports show?" Sportswriter Dan Le Batard has "pulled it off in a very loving, effective way with the debut this week of his TV show, 'Dan Le Batard Is Highly Questionable.'" Hoffarth: "On a TV that looks like a kitschy kitchen, they display a natural bond that almost makes us envious" (L.A. DAILY NEWS, 9/16).

BLUE MAN GROUP: In St. Louis, Dan Caesar reports all Cardinals games have been scheduled to be televised in St. Louis for several years, and the Blues "are to set to join that party this season.” The Blues will appear on NBC for the first time in four seasons, in addition to having “73 contests on Fox Sports Midwest and eight on Versus.” All telecasts “are scheduled to be produced in high definition.” Caesar notes the fact that all games will be televised locally "is more symbolic than it is a big boon for Blues fans” because last season “only two of the Blues’ 82 games were not shown" (ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH, 9/16).
