RATINGS NOTES: Some networks gave local affils the option to pre-empt Saturday's afternoon sports programming for the Impeachment Trial. National ratings for the Millrose Games are reflective of 74% clearance, rather than the average 99%. The World Alpine Skiing Championships on Saturday was also pre-empted by several local affils during the first hour of broadcast. The national rating listed above is for the final hour of broadcast during which the show was reaching full national clearance (THE DAILY). NBA RATINGS: In Miami, Barry Jackson writes that WAMI- TV's first two Heat games averaged a 4.1 rating compared to last year's 4.9 final average. The first Heat telecast on Sunshine Network got a 1.6 cable rating, down from last year's average of a 2.9 (MIAMI HERALD, 2/12)....Fox Sports Northwest's telecast of Wednesday's Sonics-Warriors game drew a 7.8 cable rating, which it calls the highest rating across the country of any NBA game on an RSN (FSNW).
