SFX ACQUIRES ISI IN DEAL ANNOUNCED AT DEADLINE

          SFX Entertainment announced this morning that it has
     agreed to acquire NJ-based ISI for an aggregate purchase
     price of $14.1M in cash and 60,000 shares of SFX Class A
     common stock.  ISI's athlete clients include Hakeem
     Olajuwon, Jayson Williams, John Starks, Steve Young, Vinny
     Testaverde and Ricky Williams.  ISI's corporate clients
     include Burger King, Cadillac, SI For Kids and General
     Mills-Wheaties.  ISI also has the Browns, Astros and the
     Univ. of MD as team and venue clients.  SFX Chair Robert
     Sillerman called ISI "a great addition to our rapidly
     growing sports business and a perfect compliment to our
     existing activities at FAME and soon to be added Marquee
     Group."  ISI co-Founder Frank Vuono said SFX's platforms
     "will enable us to create greater marketing opportunities
     for our current and prospective clients" (SFX).
