          For a full listing of overnight ratings from the NFL's
     Divisional Playoffs, see (#30).  USA TODAY's Rudy Martzke
     reports overall ratings for the four games "were down 1%"
     from last year (USA TODAY, 1/12).  The Jaguars-Jets game
     scored a 23.8/49 in the N.Y. market (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 1/12).
          KENT CRITICIZES CBS: In Baltimore, Milton Kent writes
     that CBS should not have stayed with the Jags-Jets postgame
     show on Sunday, but instead sent viewers to the TN-UConn
     women's basketball game in progress: "The network should
     have gone to a live event right as it began, no matter what
     that event was, unless the event preceding it was still in
     progress, and that wasn't the case" (Baltimore SUN, 1/12).
          NOTES: Broadcast.com announced plans for a stock split,
     sending shares up $87.56 to close at $285.06 yesterday (N.Y.
     TIMES, 1/12)....Disney's "long-awaited" Go Network portal
     site launches today (USA TODAY, 1/12)....Howe Sportsdata was
     named the official statistician and information bureau of
     the United Basketball Alliance (SportsTicker)....ESPN's Dan
     Patrick, on FSN's Keith Olbermann commenting of a growing
     rivalry between the nets:  "Even if (Keith) says it's a
     rivalry, it's not and he knows it" (K.C. STAR, 1/12).
