THE SPRITE STUFF: GRANT HILL AND TIM DUNCAN IN NEW ADS

Pistons F Grant Hill and Spurs F Tim Duncan filmed ads
last week for Sprite's "Salary Cap" promotion. The ads,
which began airing this week, offer a lighthearted depiction
of how the players are making ends meet during the lockout.
One of the spots has Hill mowing a lawn and Duncan
delivering newspapers and walking a pack of dogs. After
finishing his work, Hill accepts a dollar from a young local
resident who has hired the players to do his chores. Hill
proclaims, "There's got to be a better way than this."
Another spot features Hill pitching 1-800-TALL-MEN, an odd
jobs service. The promo's grand prize is $25,000 (Sprite).
