          Lou Brock has signed with Shell Oil to help launch its
     new "Quick & Easy" products (Shell Oil)....Country musician
     Steve Wariner has written an "anthem" for the NFL and United
     Way's partnership titled "We're All in This Together," which
     will be unveiled today.  The song features Isaac Hayes,
     Randy Travis, Faith Evans and a "horde of music and football
     stars" (USA TODAY, 10/27)....In addition to his two-year,
     $500,000 contract with adidas, Yankees P Orlando "El Duque"
     Hernandez is "mulling movie and book deals and has received
     overtures from six major companies that want to use him in
     their advertising" (N.Y. TIMES, 10/27)....Pepsi said that it
     is "scrapping" its long-running "Generation Next" theme. 
     Pepsi-Cola North America President & CEO Philip Marineau
     said that the brand will have "an exciting summer push."  AD
     AGE reported that the first new ads could launch during the
     Super Bowl (AD AGE, 10/27)....Disney's Wide World of Sports
     complex took out a full-page ad in the WALL STREET JOURNAL,
     thanking its "corporate coaches for making our rookie year a
     huge success."  Partners include: All Star Cafe, Toro, Foot
     Locker, National Car Rental, Smartvision By Saco, Discus
     Athletic, LogoAthletic, FL Hospital, Teco Energy, Sears,
     SunTrust, Colombian Coffee, AmEx, IMS and Callaway.
