FACILITY NOTES

          In St. Paul, Charley Walters writes to "look for"
     Touchstone Energy "to reach a naming rights deal worth
     $250,000 a year with St. Paul's new convention center, part
     of the RiverCentre complex."  That agreement "could
     significantly diminish the chances of Northern States Power,
     a direct competitor, to acquire naming rights" for the
     adjacent Wild arena (ST. PAUL PIONEER PRESS, 8/25)....After
     touring Ravens Stadium in Baltimore, Eagles Exec VP Joseph
     Banner, on the team staying in a renovated Veterans Stadium:
     "There is no way that anyone standing where I am now can
     honestly say that a reconstructed Vet will do.  I think that
     this is the best stadium I have ever seen. ... The Ravens
     have advanced stadium technology.  I can't say this
     frustrates us.  It scares us.  If we aren't successful, it
     scares us" (Edward Moran, PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS, 8/25).
