          Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment named JOHN LASHWAY
     VP/Sports Communications & Community Development.  He will
     oversee the media and community relations departments for the
     Maple Leafs and Raptors (Maple Leafs Gardens)....The MLS
     Wizards named PAT MCNAMARA as VP/Sales.  He was Assistant Dir
     of Group Sales for the Marlins (Wizards)....Woolf Associates
     promoted GRACE CLANCY to Account Supervisor, and named TAPPEN
     NOBLE and SARAH REES to the company's Corporate Marketing
     Division.  Noble will serve as Events & Promotions Manager,
     and Rees will be an Account Exec (Woolf)....TONY AMBROZA,
     formerly of Bartelstein & Associates, was named Corporate
     Communications Manager of the Official All Star Cafe (All
     Star Cafe)....The Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau
     promoted TARA GREEN to Sports Marketing Manager.  She was
     Sports Marketing Coordinator (DC&VB)....MN-based Tom Collins
     Enterprises, producer of Champions on Ice, named LYNN PLAGE
     Dir of Media Relations.  Plage had been at CO-based Tip
     Nunn's Events (Champions on Ice)....Penske Motorsports named
     EDSEL FORD II to its Board of Directors (NSSN, 8/12 issue).
