          HBO's broadcast of Roy Jones Jr.'s victory over Lou Del     Valle on Saturday night earned an 11.6/23 rating for homes     that receive the network.  Jones' previous HBO fight on     April 25 earned a 10.1 rating (HBO)....While the Angels' new     deal with Fox Sports "is believed to be worth five times     more annually" than the $1M the team received from Prime     Sports from '93-97, Anaheim Sports President Tony Tavares     said that the annual revenues from Fox "escalate over the     life of the 10-year deal," so the team won't see any     "dramatic gains from Fox" (L.A. TIMES, 7/22)....Fox Sports     will air its first-ever pro golf event this November after     acquiring the rights to the World Cup of Golf.  Fox will     present third and final round coverage of the event on     November 21 and November 22 (Fox)....Former Blues defenseman     John Micheletti will be the Isles' color-man on Fox Sports     New York (N.Y. POST, 7/22)....This week's New York magazine     featuring a cover story on the Yankees is "one of the best-     selling" issue ever (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 7/22).
