EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          GARY BELSKY has joined the staff of ESPN Magazine as a
     Senior Editor.  Belsky had been a Staff Writer and Senior
     Editor for Money magazine the past seven years (ESPN
     Magazine)....Nike promoted JERRY KARVER from Dir of Footwear
     Product Creation to VP/Footwear Product Creation.  Nike also
     promoted JIM SOLBERG from GM of Nike's Asia-Pacific apparel
     operation to VP & GM of Int'l Apparel (Nike)....CT-based
     Millsport promoted GREER OSGOOD from Project Coordinator to
     Account Exec (Millsport)....TX-based Leisure Management
     International (LMI) named ROBERT DHUE GM of the Broward
     County Arena and a VP of LMI.  Dhue most recently was
     President of GA-based Creative Resources Inc (LMI).
