EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Former Big 12 Conference Commissioner STEVE HATCHELL
     will become Commissioner of the Pro Rodeo Cowboys
     Association, beginning August 1 (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 6/11).
     ...JOHN MCGUINESS was named the new General Sales Manager
     for Comcast SportsNet.  McGuiness was formerly Dir of Sports
     Marketing at WPHL-Channel 17 in Philadelphia (Comcast)....
     MIKE BARTELLI was named Dir of Marketing Partnerships at the
     Int'l Speedway Corp. (ISC).  He was promoted from his former
     position as Manager of Sponsorships.  ISC also named DAVID
     DZANIS, who was most recently Dir of Tournaments & Events at
     GolfWeek, as Manager of Sponsorships.  Also, KRISTIN
     LEGENDRE joins ISC's sponsorship group as a Marketing
     Assistant (ISC)....MIKE KELLY will shift from Dir of
     Metalwood Products to the newly-created post of Dir of
     Communications and PR at Taylor Made Golf (BRANDWEEK, 6/8).
